Adjusting the Yaw

Hi all- question I see on the app where to adjust the yaw as I would like to slow it down for doing panorama pictures but especially when I do video-- anyone adjusted this and what setting would you recommend Thanks

I changed it all the way to 0.30 and up to 0.70 but I didn't see change the graph.

I completely unscrewed the top of the sticks -- and, then turned them about three full rotations before tightening the bottom half of the stick. The idea was to make the sticks as tall as possible. If anyone's wondering how to do this, here's a how-to:

Also, I purchased PhantomKnobs for a better grip on the sticks. They are high quality and really seem to allow for more precise control.
