Hadn't really planned on flying this morning, but I'm glad I did. I went to my usual spot and decided to fly the length of this branch of the canyon. Needless to say much more detail can be seen than my other videos because I decided to fly lower than ususal. On the cliffs, you see areas (especially on the way back after turn around) that are tri/quad-colored with purple. The purple area are part of the Triassic formation. Great for fossils and geodes that get washed down out of it. But these formations are referred to as "Spanish Skirts". Hope you like.
