A little Sectional chart help please.
I am planning to visit Randsburg Ca., and although I have determined that it is within the R-2508 complex, I can't tell where the AGL floor starts for Randsburg. The B4UFly says it is a drone nfz, but I believe that it's generalizing the entire complex vs the area specific to Randsburg.

Can one of you ace sectional readers take a look at this for me and advise?

Thanks much, fly safe!

The way I read it, looks like Randsburg is in the Isabella MOA which excludes altitudes at or below 1500' agl. The Edwards AFB R-2508 Complex Quick Reference Card shows the Isabella MOA is 200-FL 180. Maybe someone else sees it differently, but according to the sectional it's 1500, the military says 200, better safe than sorry and call it 200. Just my 2 cents.

200 would be more then I would need. Thank you for the information and explanation.

Appreciate it!

R-2508 is not a problem, because it is only above 20,000 MSL. It depends on whether you will be in the Isabella MOA (200 AGL and above), the Panamint MOA (200 AGL and above), or, just to the southeast, R-2515, which starts at the surface.
