A Few Pics that wanted to share: really impressed with OEM

Re: A Few Pics that wanted to share: really impressed with O

Yes, that would only solve MY problem. But I want to raise awareness of the crap DJI is putting out.

This is not about the quality of the camera (I knew that I wasn't getting myself a high end camera). I want people out there to know that the product DJI puts out is not what they pretend. The manual states how to set various parameters of the camera (iso, white balance, etc.) and the app let's you do that.
But then the camera ignores all this and continues in Automatic mode. First, what's the point of this? Second, with all the limitations of the camera to start with I need the software to support me and not work against me.

P2V+ ignores all camera settings made in the smartphone app.

I had my copter sent to DJI in order to be "repaired" because the white balance settings didn't stick.
Long (very long) story short, my dealer confirmed that DJI told him that no matter what you set in the app, the camera just continues on Auto (for ISO, white balance and shutter speed).
I feel cheated by DJI and want my money back!
What?

I doubt that's true or your dealer just misunderstood
