5.8ghz transmitter with 2.4ghz stamped board

Hey guys,


I just got a P2V a few days ago and I opened up the transmitter to plug in the usb cable to do firmware upgrades and tests.

I noticed that there main circuit board inside the transmitter is stamped with "2.4Ghz" on it.

I thought the transmitter was 5.8 Ghz for the P2V.

Any insight on this? Anyone else noticed this on their transmitters?

Yes mine is the same, I would guess its the silver can to the left that's added to make it either 2.4 or 5.8
