4k video problem

When using my phantom 3 professional in 4k mode the video is jumpy I am using a SanDisk 32g extreme pro sd card I don't have the same problem when videoing in HD just in the 4k mode can anyone help me

If you're talking about playback on your computer, it's probable that the computer isn't powerful enough to handle 4k files.

My laptop has a i5 processor plays 4k from a go pro

My i5 with a powerful graphics card will not play smooth 4K video, everyone tells me I need an i7 to do that.

I do get very good playback on a Sony 4K smart tv.

Try a 64gb 90mb/s,,even faster readin,,worth a try
