Yes i know, I have read the entire thing, but what congress has done, can be un-done, once someone dies from the bad decision of flying where they are not supposed to be the public might just demand more restrictions. They (the general public) already have a negative view of drones and drone pilots. And the news splash of the idiot hovering near 3rd base at the baseball stadium won't help.
