3S or 4S? battery question

Hey guys,

i have able to built a very stable dji450 with goproH3 ,tarot gimbal and fatshark FVP on board. im using an Orion 3s 4600 Mah lipo battery and having a 10 minutes flight time. now i would like to increase my flight time to 16 minutes or more.

should i buy a 3S 6000 Mah ? or 4S Team Blacksheep 4500mAh 4S(30C) LiPo battery?


seems the 4S is too fat and heavy.

experts please advice before i buy this kind of battery.

4S will give you more punch but probably won't increase your flight time.
I run 4S on my F550 but I'm very heavy at 2.4kg AUW so I have to for the extra lift.

Try running 2 of your existing LiPos in parallel.

I tried to parallel two Storm 2500 mah lipo battery but the result was only 7 minutes flight time.
