This 3P Battery Charging Adapter Board is designed to be fully-compatible with your current version DJI Phantom 2 Charger, or other After-market charger. The integrated circuit inside the battery will automatically stop charging once the Battery is full so no worrying about if one of your Batteries is too much charged than the other

This 3P Parallel Charging Board is suitable for use with the original DJI charger or other aftermarket Li-po Chargers.

A normal LiPo charger won't do much good and may damage the phantom battery, depending on what max voltage it sources when in CC mode. You need a 12.6V regulated source to fully charge the phantom battery. A Pb battery charger could give you a max voltage out of 13.6V
