With some sort of cloverleaf FPV antenna on the transmitter, and a matching antenna on FPV goggles or a monitor. Try searching "gopro fpv" in the top right corner of the forum!

If your flying on 5.8 then yes you can but you will have some lag .
If your flying on 2.4 then NO you may cause interference and loose control .
2.4 you will need a transmitter and receiver/monitor I would also recommend a iosd (not needed) good to have . Depending on your skill level you'll need a plug & play wiring kit .
So bottom line your phone is a no go if flying on 2.4 .
