I've looked but can't find an answer.
I understand that the 32 channel hack gives options of choosing a dedicated channel. But, if one looses the signal, there is no failsafe channel.

So, two questions:
1.) If a dedicated signal is chose, has anyone lost the signal and been unable to reacquire?
2.) Can you change the channel during a flight? If interference starts to appear, can you switch to auto or pick a new channel during a flight?

Thanks for the help

I recently learned that manual channel choice will revert back to auto channel if signal is lost.

You can change channel during flight, but if signal is lost it'll revert to auto on it's own.

Same way you get it to work with the p3, It'll will work for the p4. There are many threads on how to do it just search around.
If you still cant get it to work, I'l try to help out.

I was under the impression that you could modify the remote the same way but since the bird does not use wifi like the p3, that you could not hack into its operating system to make it properly use the 32nd channel.
