2nd dji battery issue

I ordered another dji battery to have as a second battery it came yesterday so today I changed it up 100%

placed it in the drone and tried to have a fly

the go app alerted me the battery was critically low but yet there was full green lights showing on the battery itself the p4 propellers wouldn't start then I got a message say "incontinent firmware"

oh no what's happen to my p4 I thought.

So I took the battery out and replaced it with the original dji battery that come with the drone and everything was fine done a test flight it was fine..

so whats wrong with the second battery its still only new?????

I updated the dji app then went to the phantom 4 screen waited about 5 mins there is no firmware update showing.

Yes i went back into the camera view and up came a slider to update

After that i done a test flight and all is well..
