I have a Phantom 2 with a DJI gimbal with a GoPro. When shooting video the FPV is fine. When shooting stills images I want FPV as well. Do you have any suggestions on a 2nd camera placement, which camera to use. I know it would have to be small. I know it's no practical but I don't care. I need a larger bird but that's months away. Vibration as far as mounting will be a issue. Seeing the props is not an issue for me. I'm not worried about flight time. 10 minutes is plenty for what I want to do.

When I shoot stills, I FPV through the GoPro. As long as the interval is 5sec or greater, the temporary screen blank doesn't get in the way of navigation and framing of shot.
That said, I have a cheap Fatshark camera coming, that I might fly as 2nd camera at some point, possibly adding video switcher. Not sure until it arrives where optimal mounting point will be.
