Just received mine in the mail today. It said it had 0 charges according to the Ipad. The only that was damaged was the box but nothing inside was harmed. It's all a matter of getting lucky/ right timing when buying one of these units.

I purchased mine used from B&H and had no issues whatsoever.. very happy with my purchase so far! Said it had 5 charges on it when I got it and the only real issue was that one of the props was a little dirty (as like finger prints), nothing major at all!
