This is an 'unlocked' phone and can be used with other carriers,
The mini2 was originally AT&T service
My current carrier is Consumer Cellular which operates from the
AT&T network.
Knowing this I bought the mini believing it should work fine for my purpose.
It is consumer cellular that will not offer the cell/4G on THIS devise.
