1080 @60 or 1080 @30

Think I need to experiment more with 60fps.

Would be OK if the weather would calm down!!

I run at 60fps all the time even though I run my hand held at 24fps. Basically I want the ability to be able to crop a slow motion video when I catch a deer or horse running. For me that's the only reason that I run 60fps.

Use 60fps. The video looks much more real and fluid. Also if you use slow motion 50% then the video still looks smooth without any strobing effect(with Adobe premiere Cc)
