1 yellow light

I have phantom v1.1.1 and when i plug in the battery i get 1 yellow flashing led every 3 seconds

any ideas

Is that after a start up sequence, or all you see?
It sounds like it's in ATTI mode, rather than GPS.

Found out that the yellow light was the plug on the landing skid had come out,
now i get 1 yellow followed by 3 rapid red i am in gps mode.
