. . . and a lot of bikers (over 1 million, according to the South Dakota Authorities).

Personally, I would not have flown over that many people, regardless of how many of them might be willing to cause serious bodily harm to me if my drone crashed on or near their girlfriend.

. . . let me amend that - I don't fly over people. Not specifically because of the FAA guideline, but because it just isn't safe.
