    What's a freeware alternative to lightroom and photoshop for a windows 10 user?

    Looking to edit some Raw Dng files, so I downloaded lightzone, but I found that the files degraded down in quality when the end product was finally saved. Is that normal? Seems like a lot of detail was lost from the conversion of dng to jpeg. What is a legit program for photo editing? Please...
