bad footage

Hi all I just took the phantom 3 for a first flight and video set to 2.7K. I am quite surprised at the quality of video back....doesnt look good at all.....its jitters a bit and jumps....kind of looks blocky!! Am I doing something wrong? Many thanks Doyle
