I posted the same question a couple of weeks ago. It turned out, for me at least, that the photo was just fine but the built in photo viewer in Win10 does a terrible job of descaling the hires photo to the screen resolution. When I zoomed in a little the photo as seen on the screen would crisp up.

Looking at the flight log it does seem that there is some uncommanded pitch and roll. As others have said, you shouldn't be performing an imu calibration every flight.

The P3 sets the home point based on its internal GPS. The discussion above is about resetting the home point to the current controller position or using follow me type of functionality.
