    If you were getting good distance before and suddenly not, it would unlikely to be a firmware issue. Also at only 200 feet distance, it is also unlikely firmware issue. Maybe you have a lose antenna connection internally?

    It seems to me they are defining the scope of "trespassing" and not usurping the FAA authority nor federal authority. It gives the homeowner/property owner a tool to press charge I guess if you do not obtain permission. It's not trespassing if you obtain permission, right?

    That's a good start. I would include in those bikes, mountain bikes, skateboard, and etc. These devices are likely to cause much more server damage to person or properties if not used appropriately. They certainly can consistent generates more kinetic energy compared to my P3P.

    Pretty much every car I own can go far beyond any speed limits that come across in the US. I am not aware any law suit holding car manufacturer responsible for making a car none compliance to vehicle code.
