Thank you guys! How does one roll back on a iPhone 7?

Every time I try to fly my Phantom 3 4K, it always has issues with flying, sometimes it can get up to 180m than some days it won't pass 100m. I always get a weak image signal or signal lost or sometimes my aircraft disconnects. I tried flying in parks, parking lots...it always have issues...
