The jerky movement is more than likely cause by the media player you are using on Windows 10 , try using " VLC media player" and this should improve play back

Unfortunately not all the drones act the same . I have a P3A which is updated tp the latest firmware , the controller and DJI app are also the latest . I am lucky because my drone now handles the best it ever has done , no loss in signal , no loss of compass and never had a problem with range ...

I`m on my 2nd P3A and the 1st one had a very loud fan sound too , I had nothing to compare it to till I got my 2nd and No its Not normal and you should send it back.... the reason I say that is my 1st one with the loud noise fell out the sky into the sea never to be found again.

Like above I bought the Standard and sold it a month later for the Advanced , don`t even think about getting the standard as you will be sorry

R you using the a apple tablet/phone to view the DJI go app ?

Cheers , think I`ve done it but I also pressed the link button on the side as I started the P3S . I have the red banner now saying a new firmware update available 1.6.80 so it must of downgraded
