Low hours, cleaned after every use ,and stored in a hard case indoor.
No hard landings or crash.
I spent a little over $1500 for everything listed below and I'm asking for $900 or best offer to someone local or I can Expedite ship it to you once we have an agreement.
I'm in Des Plaines, IL...
That's strange. I'm confused you mentioned you did the calibration in the same area you were getting errors?? Anyway, it seems you fly often along the lake so find and fly where there's no errors and don't fly over the areas you know you its bad.
Are you performing the compass calibration at these locations you're getting compass errors? If you have a clean compass cal from an area that is not giving you errors you should be able to start the phantom and takeoff from the locations you mentioned. What I'm saying is once you have a clean...
No not really. I just pay attention to the compass values and make sure I have enough satellites. Also, I read if you fly low over water vps should be turned off.
That's correct. You need to be in a open area away from metal objects. I perform a compass calibration from time to time at a near by forest preserve to get a good compass lock. After a good calibration you won't have to do it again unless you travel 100 miles away from where you did the...
I should be planning ahead and pick up one of these stability brackets. I've had the tab S2 hanging on the stock bracket for 2 weeks now and no signs of give yet, but I know it's coming :D
@Carman Doan Thank you for putting your equipment on the testing field. The video gives me confidence the parachute works the way it was intended too. However, looking carefully it looks like the parachute doesn't have enough drag to slow the phantom down on descent. I'm not sure if its because...
@SteveHig that looks great man! Will the LED lights be flashing inwards towards the center? I'd love to spend some time making a landing pad this spring. Let me know if you got a detailed plan for your build you're willing to share.
I wish I resisted my urge over the holidays. It would have saved me $500. Got my p3p with a free hard case backpack and 2 extra batteries for under $1500.
I've been using the tab s2 for a couple of weeks now without any hiccups. I'd say it's working flawlessly. I love how it has a large bright display, it's light, and has an SD card slot.
