I don't think I can use it - the software doesn't recognize any gimbal when I plug it into my P2. Turned on either before or after connecting to the usb. Isn't the software meant for when you use the H33D on a non Phantom?
It happens with the controller on or off. I've tried recalibration with both apps and no luck. Even after it initializes it doesn't get better.
Thanks for the reply. I'll call DJI and I hope they help me out.
Have a gimbal that I've only used 5 times. Never crashed. It's exhibited this behaviour since day one. Tried upgrading the firmware and calibrating but no luck.
Any thoughts on how to fix? Do I need to send this back?
This was purchased in the fall but unfortunately I didn't fly it in...
Not sure why it was happening yesterday. Happened with a gopro 3 and a 4. Tried it today and didn't do anything different and it was completely fine like it had been in the past. Too bad as I could have used tbe fpv to get some better footage on site yesterday.
Hmm tried different channels and no luck. Will try to open it up and see if there are wonky connections. It worked previously which sucks. The mad mushroom antennas i have are pretty good normally for me. Thanks for everyones help...will post an update if i figure it out
Forgot to mention it I flew it last month without an issue. Since then I've updated the gimbal firmware. But it appeared to be the same version it had before. Running 3.08 on the Phantom 2 v3

If you take a look at the video, when I turn on my.phantom everything goes wonky....with or without the gopro on. Using a pair of mad mushrooms a panel antenna and a diversity 5802 monitor. Have a 400mw Boscam t832 as well.
Any suggestions on this?
Thanks!
I did the same. Cut my cable down to reduce space and weight as i also mounted not just my iosd mini internally but also my video transmitter. So much cleaner now
If in doubt, money talks in Bali. Even at the customs line in the airport. If theres a long lineup in the visitors line....only costs a little bit to go in the locals line....
