It was a very light wind. It didn't crash like that. It started to drift very slowly. No control at all. Like the original post said they have throttle but I wasn't about to shoot the drone straight up into the air when I couldn't control it's horizontal movement.

Yes but I read the quick start guide as well. Where there is no information on this. The head slapping should be for DJI. They can't expect me to read a manual that isn't even in the box. If it's not in the quick start or the warnings guide I think they should be responsible for it.
