The best advise I can offer is to follow the FAA rules as wtiiten, they do apply to all. Second option is to fly anyway you want and can afford, but if you get caught sucks it up pay your fine and don't ***** about getting caught. Happy New Year to all.

I read somewhere when you conduct a FW update before removing the micro card you should place every battery in the craft and turn them on for a up-date. This crash came on the second battery. Was the second battery updated before the flight ?

While updating FW on P3S I received notification upload had stopped. System told me to shut down craft and Control and retry. When I did the horn started sounding and will not stop. Any suggestions. I don't want to shoot it. That was my first thought. Lol

I was told when you conduct a FW update you should leave the update on the SD card and place all of your batteries in the bird so they get updated also with the latest FW. I've done it with every update and have yet to have any issues with my P2V, P3S or P3P.
