Don't know about the case, but i flew mine last week in 18 'f . was filming a small waterfall that was half frozen. Only problem i ran into, was that the props are not flexible at all at that temp, and i broke one all to pieces when i landed and tipped a bit.

My bird didn't have the aux. wires. The sticker on the bottom of the quad says ver. 1.3.

The power leads for both are soldered to the main battery wires on the circuit board. I am only going to use one battery, 2700mAh maddog cells. Can't see trying to use two batteries, as the added weight is going to reduce the flight time to a negligible difference.

Well, I got mine installed and hooked up. and yes bunger, the red wire was the one i had to use also. I disconnected the white, and let the built in gyro on the gimbal handle the yaw. I tried it with the Naza, but it seems to be smother letting the gimbal handle it. Was kinda dissapointed to...

Yes, I got the shipping email a short while ago. they threw in a note stating that it was the new mount. Now if my v2 props would just hurry up and get here :evil:

Don't know when it will arrive. just ordered last night, and haven't gotten a shipping e-mail yet. If it ships out today, hopefully by Tuesday. The mount listed right under it on their webpage says the mount doesn't require leg extensions. I included a note with my order asking to verify that...

I too got the "too hot" error. Several times in fact. i just unplugged the battery and let it sit for a while then plugged it back up and went straight to the advance setup. I've read where someone actually put the thing in the freezer for a bit. seems that would invite condensation moisture...
