Does this mean a drone like Phantom 4 with the ability to see what it can see it now allowed to fly to 1000ft?

This is crazy. How can anyone prove that you were planning to sell the images before they were taken? Surely this is a massive gap in the law? If I am planning to take some photo's of a particular area this weekend. And next weekend I decide to advertise them for sale, thats legal?

Great I found the settings. Records in 1080p 24fps as standard. I have raised this to 2048 at 24fps and see how I get on. I noticed a lot of screen tear when watching my 1080p video back. Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks everyone. In the UK I can get the H4-3D for £179 which what prompted my questions. I figured buying this was a lot cheaper that a new drone. I thought you were able to control the camera using the gimbal?
