you would want to get the cellular version even without activating the service. i have tried the wifi version on my p3p and im not liking it. went back to us my iphone 6splus for now. until i get a good deal for ipad mini 4 cell

received my P3P refurb last week via amzon (dji) in replacement of my P3S. open the box- update the firmware. no problem on the bird at all, except for my compositions lol.

*Update* returned the P3s in replacement of P3P. same coverage, this time I included Ipad mini 4 cellular- extra battery and memory card all under the same coverage. sent invoice and serial # of the device on agent. I receive the confirmation email, just waiting for the written policy on mail.

looks like i can pick up a mini ipad 2 or 4 and include it as a rig on the remote control of the quad as well. hmmmm

agent has replied. same coverage- just sending her the invoice and serial number of the device. premium is the same, $60 annual for quads under $4800 value.

I just send an email to my agent, we'll see. Should be the same price, My neighbor insured his mavic pro and laptop for $1200- $60 per year.

well, update- im cancelling the insurance today. returning the phantom standard- going to get the P3pro. im gonna see if i get same deal and coverage
