I've got a P3 Advanced. One of my guys was out with it late this afternoon and texted me, "Drone tilts noticeably when panning." Is that something we can adjust or do I need to send it in to have it serviced? Tx

Never mind! I just tried again and it came off.

The camera has a plastic cap over it, that doesn't seem to want to come off. Is there a trick for getting it off? I've twisted it this way and that, and I've tried to pull it straight off and it doesn't move at all? Thank you.
