I think to put 3 separate switches in parallel. Then if there is a problem with the contacts on one switch, the other two will work. I will put the switches in different positions to prevent spontaneous turn off. More switches in parallel = more current throughput too.

I suppose that PPM rx can be a possible reason for frequently flyaway. Somebody with flyaway using traditional RX to Naza connection?

I thing there may be a issue with PPM comunication between receiver and Naza. If its failed you can lose control withaut failsafe activation. I thing that PPM mode can be bomb igf there is comunication issue.
