Pretty nice first flight footage! Now go into Premiere Pro and add some color correction to really get a professional look. And quick tip: Try flying at dawn or dusk to get some amazing footage.
I had a similar problem, except with gravel. A good air compressor will do the job. It seems to be the best thing that can reach tight spaces in the motor. Good luck!
Any of you guys use Altizure? It's a great program and free. It's my go to app to make 3D landscapes (I wrote an entire article about it on my website). I love DroneDeploy too, but I would suggest giving it a try.
According to the documents the highest operating temp is 40 C (104 F). So it has to be pretty hot to force you not to fly. Also, keep the tablet at cool as possible to prevent lag. Oh, and drink plenty of water!
Try using a program that closes all background apps (there a lot of apps you probably don't know that are running in the background). I have noticed that helps a lot with my live feed.
Little planets are really cool. And I love seeing the look on people's face when you show them an interactive 360 degree pano on Facebook. Most people are amazed they can look around anywhere with a phone.
I know everyone has been looking for a step-by-step guide on how to make those interactive 360 degree panoramas for Facebook with your Phantom. I recently wrote a complete guide on it (link is in my signature). You can really get some awesome results, and make people feel like they are there...
P4 is a great, but I don't think it's that much of an upgrade to make it worth extra cost. And go with the P3 advanced over the standard. The range of the advanced is so much better than the standard, and not much more money.
