When you land your bird on level surface, all the force is distributed on both legs. But if you hand catch it, the force will be at the point that you hold you bird. I think he has a point.

I found out that some of the props that I used were unbalanced using DuPro Balancer that I just bought. I'll see if there are more cracks after using already balanced props.

No crashes or hard landings whatsoever but got 2 small cracks near motor after 1.5 months. Unbalanced props suspected.

I looked at posts in Ebay and Amazon. No one mentions about shafts at all.

If I want to buy Dubro 499 Props Balancer to balance P4 props, do I have to buy an extra shaft for it? If so, which model of shaft do I have to buy? Or does it (499) come already with P4 props balancer shaft?

DJI care is available only in those contries mentioned above. Even if I want to purchase it, I cannot.

I also learned some more by speaking to DJI dealer. She said whatever you have in the States is called DJI care which is available in the US, EU, Hong Kong and China.

I suppose there is no ACTUAL DJI HQ in Bangkok, unlike in the States. There are only authorized dealers. If I fill out form to get RMA, they would probably ask me to ship it back to China Mainland or Hong Kong (if they agree to replace it for me). I'll try to get some feedbacks from them anyway.

It is still under warranty. I bought it early March 2017.
