I had a bad experience with support via on-line conversation...my Phantom 3 Standard. The same type of issue occurred out of the box with my drone...the camera lost connection with my iPhone and after resetting everything...still nothing. It took 4.5 hours before the online support could come...
When I opened my Phantom 3 standard from Amazon the controller didn't look the same as I saw in some of the videos...it had a single slide button for on/off and not the two round buttons??
