You only need to plug it in using a usb cable and a gps is good to have but optional
Bluetooth doesnt have a function with dji products and would creat unnecessary interference anyways

You need to turn on the battery when you plug it in (like you would to turn on your drone) otherwise it won't send electricity.
Also note there is 2 USB
One is 1A and the 2nd is 2A
Some phones can only charge with 2A

It's fairly accurate, you just need to experiment with the settings (fly higher or lower, more camera angle (45°) if doing 3D work of a building for example (oh and don't neglect the amount of overlapping between pictures...
