Your not hacking into the phantom at all. Your just adding some config files to the Dji Go 4 app is all.

Same way you get it to work with the p3, It'll will work for the p4. There are many threads on how to do it just search around. If you still cant get it to work, I'l try to help out.

I Have a 0 deductible through state farm policy. As for your second question I have no clue, but wouldn't think so.
