Thanks to all who have posted responses. I don’t have the expertise to open up the battery so it Looks like I need to buy a new battery. Any thoughts about aftermarket on Amazon vs DJI version for twice as much?
I have two Phantom 3 batteries that were not charged for several years when my son had the drone but didn't fly it. One is the original DJI battery. One is an aftermarket one that I bought for backup. I have tried to charge them both for a full day but they don't take a charge. I'm trying to...
I imagine you have previously posted on this issue -- "Battery Error." you should land as soon as possible etc. This happened to me with my P3S today.. The same message came on both of my batteries. Both fully charged. On on the voltage of one cell was 3.65 while the other 3 it was 3.74 and...

How do you know if you have the latest firmware on AC, RC, and gimbal? After buying my P3Standard in late December I did an update going through the steps and got the camera lights, wiggle and eventually the correct finishing tone sequence. Does that mean all three things were updated? Also...
I believe there at least two companies making replacements . Not sure of the spelling. PowerEx and Boondoogle (?). They run less than 100$. Generally good reviews but I've been leery. Can you determine if the Best Buy ones are genuine DJI OEM?
