Since you're looking for low hanging fruit, are you doing the following procedure in order on PhotoScan?
Load photos
Import Exif from Reference Pane
Tools - Camera Calibration
Align Photos from Workflow menu with high accuracy and both generic and reference selected
Optimize camera alignment...
I yanked the HDMI module out of my Inspire's camera operator controller and reinstalled it in the P4P controller this morning. Everything works just fine, although I'm having the same issue as badawgie71 with the 3:2 image shift. Video mode looks spectacular however.

You're good to go as long as you were below 700' AGL. The little plus in the image below is roughly where you were. The thick magenta line indicates class E airspace beginning at 700 AGL.
Good advice. Another thing you can do is look on Skyvector.com and refer to the sectional for your area. Sectionals look intimidating at first, but there are a number of YouTube videos on how to interpret them.
