Has DJI lost its ability to provide stable, reliable quads and the necessary software to fly them or what? I've had my share of issues of course but stoped updating and I am fine so far. Every other thread is my drone crashed or flew away.
That is kind of like saying DJI has had 3-4 drone models to get their software right too but we all know how that's going for us. I am 4 releases behind because so many issues with the newer revs. Guess what? I still have my P3P. I hope it mproves but years later we are where we are.

I have one in a frozen lake in Maine right now thanks to a compass error situation and they have not replaced it yet, logs and video all provided. Yeah I am pissed. That happened in January.
Zero stars here. I've had a ticket open since January 5th when my P3P went haywire and ditched itself in a semi frozen lake in Maine. Today they closed the ticket without any resolution other than an offer to buy a new one from them. Ridiculous. My logs and video prove their fault.
No, they really are lacking. It isn't 99 out of 100. I have a record of two experiences even worse than the op's in terms of getting support and their turnaround times, complete absence of communication by dji etc. so it's real, not perceived injury on customers.
Welcome to the party. My p3p went crazy and ditched in an icy lake in the middle of nowhere and they said I could buy a new one from them for $700! Drone only, I might add. I submitted logs and video evidence then they told me to submit my logs AGAIN. No further response from them either.
The "weird compass" is what led to my crash into a lake a few weeks ago. DJI told me, here is 30% off a new drone for the low low price of only $699 LMAO:rolleyes:
