In my original post after my first weekend I said the camera isn't that great.
Well, I'm going to half retract that.
It also helps so much now that I have the FPV working with my Galaxy 3 phone (Thanks to Stony30 with the fix!) .... :D
BUT you shouldn't have to do the dance unless you're changing locations...like another state. Still if you're having an issue, it might help.
NO, according to Dji you need to do the dance regardless of location. They told me the quad does NOT record position in its memory at all.Confirm that...
So I removed the stiff motor and slightly filed down that brass bushing underneath the c-clip. Wow what a difference that made. While I was at it another of the motors was slightly stiff as well so I did the same to that one. Now this quad flys soooo much smoother.
I tried to get the Naza assistant running, but it just crashes on my Macbook Pro.
Did you look into your security setting? Also make sure to install the driver and not just the program like I was. Once I figured out my brain fart all was good to go !!
If you go into your network settings you should see an option to turn on or off the optimizer by checking a box. Through a process of elimination I noticed that my box was checked so I unchecked it and guess what ?? :D
Stiff motors. When you tapped the props they would freely spin only half as much as the other two. A non-issue now after slightly filing down their brass bushings.
