I have had my P4 and the same 2 batteries for 4 years. It performs perfectly. But I have noticed that the 2 batteries look different when viewing through the side slots. One I can completely through and the other has some partial obstructions. Is something wrong with one of my batteries?
I have a theory about these cracks. I store my Phantom 4 in the original styrofoam case it came in along with all the accessories including the batteries. When the fully charged batteries go through their discharge in the styrofoam case it is tight and insulated and the heat has no where to go...
I've had my Phantom 4 for 2 1/2 years. Low flight hours and never crashed. I was charging my batteries today for flying tomorrow. I noticed this crack on both of my batteries at the same location. Any thoughts?
Thanks ianzone, I think you are correct. Just took it out back for another test flight. I must have been trying to go forward to low to the ground and the optical avoidance system was seeing some of the ground. Thought I had my first problem with my P4 since I bought it. It is only 1 and a half...
I just got a new warning on DJI GO app that says: "Remote controller assisted take off initiated" while trying to take off. What is that about? It won't let me fly more than a couple of feet from my take off position.
