This post is a prime example why no one with a life comes to this forum or participates in most drone forums any more. A guy comes on and posts an interesting topic for discussion and nothing but a bunch of whiney little keyboard warriors come on to harangue and attack him. It's no wonder most...
Tis just in...
The fine folks over at the DJI Phantom 3 Owners group reconsidered and let this person back into the group as it was discovered that he was indeed NOT pranking them. Thanks forum.
Please elaborate as to your concern over the individual.
Gladly,
There was a post last week in the Phantom 3 Owners Group where a young kid was explaining almost exactly the same thing from a guy named Mike Minnix who actually came to his workplace (which was plane to see in the drone video)...
You are exactly right, Johan.
These yahoos at the FAA FSDO are actively browsing Facebook and youtube for drone videos. Then they are going to people's workplaces and homes and trying to intimidate them about using their own personal camera equipment on their own property.
Steven,
This is Stephen in Atlanta. We are actively pursuing agencies here in Atlanta that are also trying to make up their own rules. I am a retired FAA Air Traffic Controller and well versed on internal workings and the law concerning drones.

Thank you Tony. I sent both controllers and everything I purchased from you back to you and am hoping for one working controller with amps out of all of it for my Phantom 2VP.
Thank you for the good customer service and I await your rectifying the situation for me.
I was too dumb to instal...
I have the same issue on both of my Phantom 2 V+'s after replacing the controllers and wifi repeaters. No matter what I do or how I do it, it just WILL NOT BIND with the cameras.
Camera will not bind after replacing controller
So, it all started when I convinced myself that the Stage 2 mods offered by FPVLR were a great idea.
I ordered two of them for my 2 Phantom 2 Vision + V3.0 drones.
9 hours later, after following all of the tutorials on how to install these...
So I was very excited when my 2 stage 2 Pilot's side mods got here this morning for my 2 P2PV+'s
Now after about 6 hours of messing with it, I have two completely nonworking RC controllers that cannot make contact with the drones. Ive tried everything I know and nothing. VERY FRUSTRATED...
