Hi, does any one know how to change from mode 2 to mode 1 on the NEW phantom ver 1.1.1? It is distinguished by the fact that BOTH gimbals are self centring. Thanks and happy flying! :)

Have you tried re-installing the driver for the software? I had a software issue and did a new install with the driver and that did it. Good luck on it

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately that is the old style transmitter. The newer one has a completely different board with only 3 connections not five. I have asked dji about this but haven't heard a word. Dismayed at their lack of support!

Yes took transmitter apart, it is a newer model that has a different circuit board than the one where you switch the wires. This one has two self centring gimbals which is a different model. The rc assist has a mode change option right at the top. Actually that is about all it has that you can...
