Hi it is due to the RAM I had the same issue but now I have the Samsung s8 with loads of RAM and now I don't have a problem flying. Dji told me you need at least 2GB of RAM to use the app properly. Hope this helps
I think the ram is a big part of the problem the s8 has 4GB ram and flies perfect. The galaxy tab 4 I had only had only had 1.5GB ram and it was unusable to fly with. Hope this helps
Hi I have a Samsung and mine is the same the app crashes constantly I had problems with the s6 now I have a s8 its not as bad but still crashes so I know how you feel
yeah it's a shame . I did try to use litchi but that had major conflicts with dji app. no win situation really. this is very poor from dji just hope the update works
hi I have exactly the same problem with my samsung s6 device I have spoke to dji who told me that the app prefers iOS e.g. I phone's. that is not a good response from them since my s6 Android is on there list of compatible device's. NOT HAPPY
hi guys any help would be appreciated while out flying my p3p today the dji go app crashes and my samsung s6 device screen goes black and a dji symbol comes on then goes back off and I get my view back???
