Don't know if you mean if a GPS tracker is or isn't better... However this is a self powered, 0.15 ounces (4.5 grams) device with the possibility to make sound and light to be found. You can place it inside your phantom easily for a clean setup. Anybody can give more light on the interference?

So will all batteries that can update to the new firmware have the auto discharge function?

Can anybody tell me how to use the new battery discharge feature? I cannot find this answer anywhere.

What rubber dampers are using? I used once the black soft ones and that made the phantom wobble. Using the white or hard grey ones solved it.

What dampers are you using for the gimbal? I used ine time the soft black ones and then it started to vibrate. For me the solutions was remove the gimbal and check if it didn't vibrate anymore, hereafter I put on the white hard dampers on again and problem was solved.

Use a good key finder. Range can be up to 300 feet for the remote control.

Don't fly and use your gopro wifi since it will interfere with your control transmitter.

Keep in mind that you would prefer a system what is self powered. In my last crags the p2 battery came out so no power from the main system...

I recommend to use harder dampers for the gimbal. I'm almost sure that fixes the problem.

Do you use the original white dampers for the gimbal? I used the black once once. They were to soft and made P2 shaking like hell. Other test could be removing the gimbal total, thereafter put the gimbal back under but not connected to check for any balance issues. Keep us updated on this one!

Do you know on what terms to google on? I couldn't find anything that made sense ;)

Can you remove the cover (the part were the LEDs and the button are located) from the battery so you can also hydro dip it? This way the whole visible part of the P2 can look the same.
