My background is in photography, computers (hardware, mostly. i build custom gamers for rich lazy people; or, at least i did, until my carpal tunnel ended that) and a fascination with technology. When I stumbled onto (into?) an ad for a phantom 3 on one of my photographic sales sites, I was captivated. For a week I spent every waking second educating myself. Finally, I placed an order for a Phantom 3 Adv (actually first I ordered a few cheapo quads, just to get the feel.) Turns out I am not exactly a natural w/r/t quad pilotry. But the phantom was totally easy, and I have yet to have any kind of problem... Now I also have in my stable a 3DR solo, and a FPV racing drone.
