I sent my p4p back to dji when it fell out of the sky. Broke two landing legs and some other damage. It took them a month to repair. A week before they looked at it another for payment another to repair and 2 weeks before they shipped it back. There is no communication other than web portal...
I updated my P4p yesterday, WHAT A MISTAKE. Took the bird up to 40 feet, the controller froze and the bird fell out of the sky. Called drone-world about the insurance plan I have. NO response from them, either phone or email. This is not good customer service.
