Update: I have it powered on and gimbal attached and as I move the gimbal around with my hand it reacts but very very underpowered like it's not receiving enough power. It also beeps when I try to calibrate it and the beeps come from the motors so I know it's getting a signal. What could cause...

I just took apart my gimbal to replace a motor and now I'm trying to fit the ribbon cables back in, the black ribbon cable fits in perfect except for the largest one going into the control board, it just won't go in. Also the brown ribbons from the motors won't fit into their sockets either...
